Common questions about connecting Posteady to AI apps over MCP. Still stuck? Contact Posteady support.

Q. The AI app (ChatGPT, etc.) won't use Posteady.
Add an explicit instruction like "Use the Posteady tool to…" and it will call it more reliably.

Q. The connection is stuck on "Authorizing".
Allow popups, then delete and re-add the connector. It may be due to cached credentials.

Q. I don't see the connector menu.
Custom connectors require a paid plan — ChatGPT needs Plus or above, Claude needs Pro or above.

Q. Can someone use it from a shared conversation?
No. A connector is tied to your own account; sharing a conversation does not let others run the tool.

Q. Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Once you've connected on web/desktop, it works automatically in the mobile app.

Q. How do I disconnect?
Remove it from your connected apps in Posteady settings — access is revoked immediately. You can also remove the connector from within your AI app.
