What you can do

The actions your AI client gains when you connect Posteady over MCP.

Once you connect Posteady over MCP, your AI client (Claude, Cursor, …) can do the following on your behalf. You just ask in natural language — the client calls the matching tool (shown in code) automatically. The examples under each item show how you might phrase the request.

Accounts & workspaces

  • List connected accounts — see your linked Threads and X accounts (list_accounts).
    • "Which accounts do I have connected?"
    • "Show my Threads and X account IDs."
    • "Am I connected to X yet?"
  • List workspaces — see the workspaces you can access (list_workspaces).
    • "List my Posteady workspaces."
    • "Which workspace will this post go to?"

Publishing

  • Publish immediately — post to 1–5 accounts, with a thread chain of up to 25 posts (publish_post).
    • "Publish this to Threads and X right now: We just shipped dark mode."
    • "Post a 3-part thread to my X account about today's launch."
    • "Share this update to all my connected accounts."
    • "Write a punchy announcement and post it to Threads."

Scheduling

  • Schedule posts — queue posts for a future time and timezone (schedule_post).
    • "Schedule this for 9am tomorrow (Asia/Seoul)."
    • "Queue a post for next Monday at noon: 'New week, new goals.'"
    • "Write a thread teasing our update and schedule it for Friday 6pm."
  • List scheduled posts — review what's queued (list_scheduled_posts).
    • "What's scheduled this week?"
    • "Show my upcoming posts."
  • Cancel scheduled posts — cancel a queued post, or a whole thread chain (cancel_scheduled_post).
    • "Cancel the post scheduled for tomorrow morning."
    • "Cancel that entire scheduled thread."

Analytics

  • List published posts — pull your published posts with metrics, up to a 90-day range (list_posts).
    • "Show last week's posts with their views and likes."
    • "Which Threads post got the most engagement this month?"
    • "Summarize how my posts performed over the last 30 days."
    • "Compare my X vs Threads performance for June."

Actions that publish, schedule, or cancel ask you to confirm before they run.
