Get publishing status
Check whether an accepted media job has been published, failed, or is still in progress.

Use jobId from a publishing or scheduling result. Account and workspace access are checked on every request. Wait for published before treating the media as published. If status is unknown, the submission outcome is uncertain and Posteady will not automatically submit it again; check the platform before deciding whether to create a new request.
